Rania Youssef is a queer Egyptian refugee, single mother, backend developer, and founder of Tribe-X, currently residing in France. Shaped by these intersecting lived experiences, she founded Tribe-X to decolonize technology through ethical, ecological, and inclusive digital practices, bridging technical development, education, and community organizing.
